Section 51.4 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this part, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Code-30 Pa.C.S. (relating to the Fish and Boat Code).

Commission-The Fish and Boat Commission.

Executive Director-The Executive Director of the Commission.
