Section 23.8 - Timekeepers(a) Timekeepers for amateur events may be appointed by the amateur athletic association with the approval of the Commission.(b) The duties and responsibilities of timekeepers for amateur boxing events shall be the same as of timekeepers for professional contests in § 21.13 (relating to timekeepers).The provisions of this § 23.8 adopted March 11, 1946; amended November 1, 1966; amended May 17, 2002, effective 5/18/2002, 32 Pa.B. 2443.The provisions of this § 23.8 amended under the Athletic Code, 5 Pa.C.S. § 103(b)(1).
