Section 23.3 - Matchmakers(a) Matchmakers for amateur boxing events need not be licensed by the Commission, but their actions shall be subject to Commission approval.(b) Matchmakers shall be familiar with the records, the abilities and the physical condition of the amateur boxers whom they propose to pair for bouts.
