Section 6500.126 - Communicable diseases(a) If an individual or family member has a serious communicable diseases as defined in 28 Pa. Code §27.2 (relating to specific identified reportable diseases, infections and conditions) or a medical problem which might interfere with the health, safety or well-being of the individuals, specific instructions and precautions to be taken for the protection of the individuals shall be specified in writing by a licensed physician.(b) The physician's written instructions and precautions shall be followed.
