Section 6500.191 - Exceptions(a) Emergency placement is placement prior to which 2 weeks or less notice is given to the home and agency.(b) If an emergency placement occurs, the following sections shall be met within 31 calendar days after the individual is living in the home: (1) Section 6500.111 (relating to assessment).(2) Section 6500.121 (relating to individual physical examination).
