Section 6400.73 - Handrails and railings(a) Each ramp, and interior stairway and outside steps exceeding two steps shall have a well-secured handrail.(b) Each porch that has over an 18-inch drop shall have a well-secured railing.The provisions of this § 6400.73 amended through January 22, 1982, effective 3/1/1982, 12 Pa.B. 384; amended August 9, 1991, effective 11/8/1991, 21 Pa.B. 3595.
