Section 6400.239 - Dining area(a) A dining area shall be available to accommodate the maximum number of individuals scheduled for meals at any one time.(b) A dining table may not seat more than 12 individuals.The provisions of this §6400.239 amended through January 22, 1982, effective 3/1/1982, 12 Pa.B. 384; amended August 9, 1991, effective 11/8/1991, 21 Pa.B. 3595.
