Section 6250.3 - Legal base

The legal authority for this chapter is Goldy v. Beal (C. A. No. 75-191, M. D. Pa., October 28, 1976) and section 201(2) of the Mental Health and Intellectual Disability Act of 1966 (50 P.S. § 4201(2)).
