Section 6210.45 - Payment authorization(a) The Department will send a written notice of the authorization or denial of payment to the recipient and the facility.(b) The notice from the Department will indicate the effective date of coverage and the amount of money the recipient has available to contribute toward the interim per diem rate.(c) Obtaining the recipient's share of the interim per diem rate is the responsibility of the facility.
