Section 6210.2 - Applicability(a) This chapter applies to State operated and non-State operated ICFs/ID.(b) This chapter applies to non-State operated ICFs/ORC.(c) Section 6210.63(1) (relating to diagnosis of an intellectual disability) does not apply to ICFs/ORC.(d) If a provision specified in Chapter 1101 (relating to general provisions) is inconsistent with this chapter, this chapter prevails.(e) If a provision specified in this chapter is inconsistent with Chapter 6211 (relating to allowable cost reimbursement for non-State operated intermediate care facilities for individuals with an intellectual disability), Chapter 6211 prevails.The provisions of this § 6210.2 amended June 17, 2016, effective 6/18/2016, 46 Pa.B. 3177.The provisions of this § 6210.2 amended under section 443.1(2) and (3) of the Human Services Code (62 P.S. § 443.1(2) and (3)).
