The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Department-The Department of Human Services of the Commonwealth.
HCSIS-The Home and Community Services Information System.
OMR-The Office of Mental Retardation of the Department.
