Section 5310.101 - Governing body(a) Insurance coverage must be in effect to the extent deemed necessary by the governing body to protect the governing body, staff, surrogate parents, clients, and property of the community residential rehabilitation service (CRRS) and to meet the requirements of State and Federal statutes.(b) This section supersedes § 5310.11(d)(3) (relating to governing body).
