Section 5310.38 - Notification in case of client emergency(a) In case of an emergency, serious illness or injury, the unplanned termination, or the death or impending death of a client, the Director or the Director's designee shall notify as soon as possible but within 24 hours: (1) The person or persons designated by the client to be notified in such a case.(2) Any case management/treatment agency responsible for the client.(b) These notifications are subject to § 5310.52 (relating to confiden-tiality). This section cited in 55 Pa. Code §§ 5310.91 (relating to special requirements for community residential rehabilitation services (CRRS) serving children).
