Section 5230.91 - Request for waiver(a) A PRS agency may submit a written request to the Department for a waiver of a specific requirement in this chapter.(b) The Department reserves the right to grant or deny waiver of a specific requirement in this chapter.(c) A waiver request will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.(d) A waiver will be granted only when the health and safety of an individual and the quality of service are not adversely affected.(e) The Department reserves the right to revoke a waiver if the conditions required by the waiver are not met.
