Section 4305.31 - Determinations(a) The county administrator shall determine a liability for clients receiving a community mental health or intellectual disability service funded in whole or in part through the county mental health or intellectual disability program that is not listed as an exempt service in § 4305.11 (relating to exempt services).(b) The liability shall be determined prior to client referral to or placement into community mental health and intellectual disability services, except for emergency referrals or placements in which the liability shall be determined within 15 days after emergency referral or placement.The provisions of this §4305.31 amended June 17, 2016, effective 6/18/2016, 46 Pa.B. 3177.The provisions of this §4305.31 amended under sections 201(2) and (8) and 202 of the Mental Health and Intellectual Disability Act of 1966 (50 P.S. §§ 4201(2) and (8) and 4202).
