Section 4305.69 - Appeals(a) The liable person has the right to file a written appeal for a fair hearing to review the county administrator's adjustment decision within 30 calendar days of the date the decision is mailed.(b) The written request for appeal and reasons for the appeal shall be submitted directly to the Office of Hearings and Appeals, Department of Human Services, Post Office Box 2675, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17105, on a form prescribed by the Department.(c) The county administrator shall participate in any fair hearings conducted by the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
