Section 4300.150 - Advancements(a) It is the Department's intent that its advances to counties/joinders be used to meet the specific cash flow requirements of program funded and unit of service funded providers. Advanced money may not be considered an expenditure of the county program and subsequent payments to the provider shall be adjusted to reflect the previous advance.(b) Adjustments shall occur within 30-calendar days of the end of the fiscal year for which the advance was given. Funds unexpended at the end of the year are considered unexpended allocation.
