Section 4226.93 - Parental right to decline service(a) The parent of an infant or toddler with a disability may determine whether to accept or decline any early intervention service offered to the infant or toddler or the family and may decline a service after first accepting it, without jeopardizing the provision of other early intervention services.(b) The parent of an at-risk child may accept or decline referral of the child to the tracking system under § 4226.26 (relating to tracking system) without jeopardizing the referral at a later time.
