Section 4226.35 - Confidentiality of information(a) The county MH/MR program shall ensure the protection of all personally identifiable information collected, used or maintained under this chapter.(b) The county MH/MR program shall ensure that parents are informed of their rights to written notice of and written consent to the exchange of personally identifiable information among agencies in accordance with 34 CFR 300.560-300.576 (relating to confidentiality of information); 34 CFR Part 99 (relating to family educational rights and privacy); and section 305(d) of the Early Intervention Services System Act (11 P.S. § 875-305(d)).
