Section 4226.27 - Monitoring responsibilities(a) The county MH/MR program shall be responsible for monitoring early intervention services, including service coordination, which the county MH/MR program provides directly or through contract, including services provided in another county or state.(b) Monitoring shall include the measurement and assurance of compliance with this chapter and of the quality of services provided.(c) The county MH/MR program shall conduct the monitoring required by this section on an ongoing basis but at least once every 12 months and maintain written documentation of the results of the monitoring for 4 years or until any audit or litigation is resolved.
