Section 4215.24 - Review and approval by local authorities(a) The county mental health/intellectual disability (MH/ID) administrator and the Board shall submit the annual plan and estimate of expenditures to the local authorities for review and approval.(b) Local authorities shall indicate their approval by signing and dating the annual plan and estimate of expenditures.The provisions of this §4215.24 adopted May 2, 1986, effective 5/3/1986, 16 Pa.B. 1560; amended June 17, 2016, effective 6/18/2016, 46 Pa.B. 3177.The provisions of this §4215.24 amended under sections 201(2) and (8) and 202 of the Mental Health and Intellectual Disability Act of 1966 (50 P.S. §§ 4201(2) and (8) and 4202).
