Section 4210.72 - How services may be provided(a) Where the base service unit determines in a case that rehabilitative or training services are needed, it shall secure these services through the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation of the Department of Labor and Industry or, in the case of patients who have a visual loss of 30% or more, through the Office of Family Services of the Department. Where rehabilitative or training services are secured in this manner, payment shall not be made under the county program.(b) Where the services cannot be provided as stated in subsection (a), the base service unit shall arrange for the services to be provided, under the county program, by approved voluntary agencies.
