(a) The facility shall have hot and cold water under pressure.(b) Hot water temperature in areas accessible to children may not exceed 120°F.(c) A facility that is not connected to a public water system shall have a coliform water test at least every 3 months, by a Department of Environmental Protection-certified laboratory, stating that the water is safe for drinking. Documentation of the certification shall be kept. This section cited in 55 Pa. Code § 3800.292 (relating to exceptions for transitional living); and 55 Pa.
