Section 3680.28 - Civil rights compliance
(a) The legal entity shall ensure that the agency is administered and operated in compliance with Federal and State civil rights statutes and regulations, which prohibit discrimination against clients on the basis of race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or handicap.
(b) The legal entity shall ensure that no person is denied an employment opportunity or the opportunity to participate as a member of the legal entity or an advisory board of the agency on the basis of race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or handicap.
