Section 3290.111 - Daily activities(a) A written plan of daily activities, including a time for free play shall be established.(b) The written plan shall be posted in a traffic area used by parents.(c) Daily activities shall promote the development of skills, social competence and self-esteem. Daily experiences shall recognize the child as an individual and give some choice of activities that respect personal privacy, life-style and cultural background.
