(a) Hot water temperature, in areas accessible to children, may not exceed 110° F.(b) A safe and adequate supply of drinking water shall be made available to children of all ages throughout the day.(c) Drinking water shall be provided to children who are out-of-doors for a period exceeding 1 hour.
