Section 3280.67 - Sanitation(a) Trash shall be removed from the facility at least once per day.(b) Trash shall be removed from the facility grounds at least once per week.(c) Evidence of infestation of insects or rodents in the facility is not permitted.(d) Trash that has been contaminated by human secretion or excrement shall be kept in closed plastic-lined receptacles. This section cited in 55 Pa. Code § 3280.13 (relating to waivers); and 55 Pa. Code § 3280.221 (relating to requirements specific to school-age programs).
