Section 3270.54 - Minimum number of facility persons in the child care facility(a) At least two facility persons shall be present in the facility when two or more children are in care. At a minimum, one of the facility persons shall be a staff person.(b) At least two facility persons shall be present when children are on an excursion away from the facility. At a minimum, one of the facility persons shall be a staff person.(c) If the staff-child ratio warrants only one staff person, the second person may be another facility person.
