Section 3270.75 - First-aid kit(a) A first-aid kit must be in a child care space.(b) A first-aid kit must be inaccessible to children.(c) A first-aid kit must contain the following: soap, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, tweezers, tape, scissors and disposable, nonporous gloves.(d) One first-aid kit per child care group must accompany children and facility persons on excursions from the facility. Each first aid kit taken on an excursion must contain a bottle of water in addition to the items specified in subsection (c).The provisions of this §3270.75 amended May 23, 2008, effective 9/22/2008, 38 Pa.B. 2437.The provisions of this §3270.75 amended under Articles IX and X of the Public Welfare Code (62 P.
