(a) A facility shall provide running water and a safe and adequate supply of drinking water that complies with the standards established under the Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act (35 P. S. §§ 721.1-721.17).(b) Hot water temperature, in areas accessible to children, may not exceed 110° F.(c) Safe drinking water shall be made available to children of all ages throughout the day.(d) Drinking water shall be provided to children who are out-of-doors for a period exceeding 1 hour.
