Section 3140.23 - Reimbursement of costs incurred in proceedings under the Juvenile ActThe Department reimburses 50% of the reasonable costs of:
(1) Medical and other examinations and treatment of a child ordered by the court under 42 Pa.C.S. Chapter 63 (relating to the Juvenile Act).(2) A guardian pendente lite, summons, warrants, notices, subpoenas, travel expenses of witnesses, transportation of the child and other similar expenses incurred in proceedings under 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 6301-6365.
