Section 3130.83 - Staffing requirements(a) The county agency shall ensure that when children are physically present at a child care facility, there is always, on site, a staff person who is designated as reponsible for the operation of the facility.(b) The county agency shall ensure that a staff person responsible for operation of the child care facility may be contacted if all children and staff are temporarily absent from the facility. Use of a telephone answering service, telephone call-forwarding or similar procedures may be used to meet this requirement.The provisions of this §3130.83 adopted January 23, 1987, effective 4/24/1987, 17 Pa.B. 392.The provisions of this §3130.83 issued under Articles II, VII, IX and X of the Public Welfare Code (62 P.
