Section 2600.265 - Review of classifications(a) The Department will review the determinations of Class I, Class II and Class III violations made by the Department's personal care home regional offices.(b) Semiannually, the Department will review the standard guidelines for the classification of violations and evaluate the use of these guidelines. This review is to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the classification process.
