Section 2430.192 - Request for administrative reviewA vendor may request an administrative review in writing, within 15 working days of the occurrence of the action with which the vendor is dissatisfied. The vendor shall send the request to the district manager and shall specify as clearly as possible:
(1) A description including the date and the time of the action which is the basis for the request.(2) The alleged adverse effect of the action.(3) The remedy being sought to correct or relieve the adverse effect.
