Section 2380.175 - Record retention(a) Information in the individual's record shall be kept for at least 4 years or until any audit or litigation is resolved.(b) Individual records shall be kept for at least 4 years following the individual's departure or until any audit or litigation is resolved.The provisions of this §2380.175 adopted January 15, 1993, effective 1/16/1993, 23 Pa.B. 343.
