Section 2380.60 - Indoor temperature(a) Indoor temperature shall be at least 65°F when individuals are in the facility.(b) Whenever indoor temperature exceeds 85°F, mechanical ventilation such as fans shall be used.The provisions of this §2380.60 adopted January 15, 1993, effective 1/16/1993, 23 Pa.B. 343.
