Section 1249.23 - Scope of benefits for State Blind Pension recipients(a) State Blind Pension recipients are eligible for medically necessary home health services covered by the MA Program subject to the conditions and limitations established in this chapter.(b) Medical supplies are not covered for State Blind Pension recipients.The provisions of this § 1249.23 adopted December 6, 1980, effective 12/1/1980, 10 Pa.B. 4618.
