Section 1247.3 - Target groups(a) Targeted case management services are provided to eligible clients with the diagnosed medical conditions listed in Appendix A (relating to targeted case management services-eligible target groups).(b) The Department will announce additional target groups by notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and codify the target groups in Appendix A.
