Section 1187.121 - Applicability(a) This subchapter addresses the application of remedies established by Federal law to be effective July 1, 1995.(b) The remedies will be applied on the basis of noncompliance found during surveys conducted by the survey agency or audits, reviews or inspections conducted by the Department or the Auditor General's Office.The provisions of this § 1187.121 adopted October 13, 1995, effective 7/1/1995, 25 Pa.B. 4477.
