Section 1181.231 - Standards for general and selected costsThe Department will determine providers' allowable costs in accordance with all of the following:
(1) Chapter 1101 (relating to general provisions), Subchapter A (relating to nursing facility care), and this subchapter.(2) The Medicare Provider Reimbursement Manual (HIM-15), except that where this part and the HIM-15 differ with respect to the treatment of a cost allowable in both, this part will govern.(3) Section 1181.68 (relating to upper limits of payment).The provisions of this §1181.231 adopted August 5, 1983, effective 7/1/1983, 13 Pa.B. 2402.
