Section 1147.14 - Noncovered services

Payment will not be made for the following types of services regardless of where or to whom they are provided:

(1) Orthoptic training.

(2) Services provided in practice locations, other than those recognized by the State Board.

The provisions of this § 1147.14 adopted January 25, 1980, effective 2/1/1980, 10 Pa.B. 264; amended August 3, 1990, effective immediately and apply retroactively to April 7, 1990, 20 Pa.B. 4196.
