Section 1127.71 - Scope of claims review procedures

Claims submitted for payment under the MA Program are subject to the utilization review procedures established in § 1101.71 (relating to utilization control).

The provisions of this § 1127.71 adopted January 16, 1987, effective retroactively to July 1, 1986, 17 Pa.B. 267.
