Section 1123.13 - Inpatient services(a) Payment is made for compensable medical supplies provided to eligible hospitalized recipients with the exception of surgical supplies and durable medical equipment.(b) Payment is made for compensable medical supplies provided to eligible recipients in skilled nursing and intermediate care facilities, with the exception of surgical supplies and durable medical equipment.The provisions of this §1123.13 adopted May 9, 1980, effective 7/1/1980, 10 Pa.B. 1882.
