Section 1101.41 - Provider participation and registration of shared health facilities(a) Any physician, dentist, optometrist, podiatrist, chiropractor, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing facility, hospital, clinic, home health agency, ambulance service, health establishment, State Mental Retardation Center or medical supplier in this Commonwealth or another state may apply to participate in the MA Program.(b) Shared health facilities shall register and sign a shared health facility agreement with the Department and meet the requirements set forth in Chapter 1102 (relating to shared health facilities).(c) Each provider who renders services in a registered shared health facility shall enroll in the program and meet § 1102.41 (relating to provider participation and enrollment).The provisions of this § 1101.41 amended November 18, 1983, effective 11/19/1983, 13 Pa.B. 3653.
