Section 178.78 - Uniform Gifts to Minors Act

A gift made to a person under 21 years of age under 20 Pa.C.S. §§ 5301-5310 (relating to Pennsylvania Uniform Gifts to Minors Act) is excluded as a resource until the person attains 21 years of age.
