Section 140.741 - Complete redetermination(a) A complete redetermination is required at least every 12 months for women who continue to require treatment for either breast or cervical cancer, or a precancerous condition of the breast or cervix.(b) For the BCCPT Program, the eligibility factors in § 133.84(c) (relating to MA redetermining eligibility procedures) apply.
