Section 140.334 - Eligibility end date(a) Eligibility ends, following proper notification, on the date that eligibility conditions are no longer met.(b) When benefits are terminated due to increased income or resources, or because the applicant/recipient is no longer considered disabled, eligibility for continuing MA coverage under the MNO-MA Program is explored. If the individual is determined eligible, MA benefits are continued under the MNO Program with no interruption in MA coverage.
