Section 101.2 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this part, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

AAA-Area Agency for the Aging.

The provisions of this § 101.2 amended October 2, 1992, effective upon publication and apply retroactively to October 1, 1989, 22 Pa.B. 4875; amended July 28, 2000, effective 7/29/2000, 30 Pa.B. 3779.

The provisions of this § 101.4 amended under 201(2) and 403(b) of the Public Welfare Code (62 P. S. §§ 201(2) and 403(b)).
