Section 52.30 - Waiver of a program qualification(a) The Department may grant a waiver to a provision of this chapter which is not otherwise required by Federal and State law and does not jeopardize the health, safety or well-being of a participant.(b) The waiver request must be on a form prescribed by the Department.
