Section 41.135 - Dispositive motions(a) This section applies to dispositive motions.(b) Motions for summary judgment or partial summary judgment and responses to those motions must conform to Pa.R.C.P. No. 1035.1-1035.5 (relating to motion for summary judgment).(c) Dispositive motions must be accompanied by a supporting memorandum of law. The Bureau may deny a dispositive motion if a party fails to file a supporting memorandum of law.(d) An affidavit or other document relied upon in support of a dispositive motion, response or reply, that is not already a part of the record, must be attached to the motion, response or reply or it will not be considered by the Bureau in ruling thereon.
